Special Assignments

• Assignment to an FBI taskforce, for over a year, investigating and arresting a national ring of persons committing million-dollar insurance fraud.
• Assignment for several years to the Florida Highway Patrol, (FHP), Bureau of Investigations investigating auto theft, drivers-license fraud, identity theft, and internal affairs.
• Assignment for six years to the Executive Office of the Governor, (EOG), as the Security Aide to the Lieutenant Governor and the Florida Highway Patrol liaison between the FHP and the EOG.
• Assignment as the Law Enforcement liaison of the Executive Office of the Governor to the U.S. Secret Service, in 1994, during the Miami Summit of the Americas, attended by presidents of the 35 Western Hemisphere countries.
